Under the agreement, NEMX experts will provide end-to-end field services for Storcan’s solutions in Ontario and throughout North America. NEMX will support Storcan customers, allowing them to benefit from a range of expertise, including installation, commissioning and training, inspections, maintenance, part inventory assessments, and performance analyses.
Based on market feedback, the partnership’s goal is to quickly and efficiently respond to customer-service requests that require timely assistance and maintenance, especially in today’s tight labour market where resources are time-strapped or lacking.
NEMX was chosen due to the company’s strategic location in Ontario and to expand the reach of Storcan’s current 20+ field-services professionals. Acting as an extension to customers’ teams and supporting them throughout their equipment life cycles, Storcan and NEMX will also focus on preventive maintenance services to help customers optimize their production lines, boost productivity, reduce downtime, and mitigate the tremendous costs associated with unplanned emergency shutdowns.
